Do you have a shop front?

 

No. We are an online based shop.

 

 

How do I place an order?

 

1. Choose the product of your choice and add any required customizations (cake size or custom writing).

2. Add it to the card and specify delivery method (pickup or hand delivered).

3. Pay using one of the payment methods.

 

 

When should I order my cake?

 

We advise our customers to place their orders at least TWO business days in advance, as cakes cannot be done in less than two business days.

All orders placed by 1.00 pm will be processed and ready in THREE business days.

Call us if you have any special requirements, as we will be happy to help.

My cake will be deliver in my house?

What if I miss my delivery?

Yes, your cake will be delivered to your house between 9.00am to 5.00pm.

We cannot provide an exact delivery time, so please ensure that someone is there to receive the delivery. Unfortunately, if no one is home, we are unable to refund and our policy is to bring the cake back with us due to health and safety concerns. You will be contacted to arrange another delivery at an additional cost or you can pick up the cake from us.

 

 

Do you do any particular dietary requirement?

 

Yes, we do gluten free cakes.

Disclosure: As we bake different types of cakes, our gluten free cake may contain traces of flour or wheat. We are taking extra care to make sure our products are safe but we can’t guarantee.

 

 

Does Kanelle do special orders or designs?

 

Yes, we do writings on cakes, but unfortunately, at the moment we are not doing any custom cakes but we can definitely create something special to tailor your need. Just contact us kanellepatisserie@gmail.com

 

I would like to send a cake as a gift to someone?

 

Yes, we are able to deliver on your behalf.

Make sure to choose to enter the correct delivery address as you follow the order procedure.

 

 

What are your opening days/hours?

 

We are open Monday to Saturday from 9.00am to 5.00pm.

Where and when pick up my cake?

Where should I keep my cake? or could I freeze it?

Make sure to keep your cake in your fridge.

We don't advise freezing your cakes.
